Fabian McIntyre - PGA of America National Merchandiser of the Year 2005
 

(Orlando, FL) January 27, 2006 - The Professional Golfers Association of America has honored Glace Bay, Nova Scotia native Fabian McIntyre as the PGA National Merchandiser of the Year 2005. The ceremony took place January 27th at the Orange County Convention Center, host of the annual PGA Merchandise Show. The PGA of America is an association of 28,000 men and women golf professionals in the United States.

Golf World Business Magazine has also honored Fabian’s golf shop as being one of America’s Top 100 Golf Shops for 2005 and 2006.

Fabian is the Head Golf Professional at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. Falcon’s Fire is a Rees Jones signature design, located just minutes from the gates of Disney World. An accomplished player, Fabian recently finished second at the 13th Annual MS Tournament, featuring many of Orlando’s top playing professionals. He carded a one under par 71. Fabian has resided in Orlando for the past ten years with his wife Julie and son Matthew. He welcomes all Canadians visiting Orlando to stop in and say hello.
