Dugas Wins CPGA Atlantic Assistants’
Championship By Five

(Truro, NS) August 26, 2008
- Kevin Dugas captured the CPGA Atlantic Assistant Professionals’
Championship with a five shot margin of victory. The professional from
Links at Montague, Dartmouth, NS, fashioned rounds of 67-72 at Truro
Golf Club for a 139 total.
Tied for second, at 144, were Steve LeBlanc of Westfield Golf &CC, Saint
John, NB; Adam Chamberlain of Gowan Brae, Bathurst, NB and Craig Taylor,
Green Gables GC, Cavendish, PEI. Troy Howe of Fox Creek, Dieppe, NB was
fifth at 145.
The annual event, sponsored by TaylorMade, was played on August 25-26 at
the 6,350 yard, par 71, Truro, NS layout.
