- Two past presidents of the Canadian PGA recently participated in the
Callaway Cup Head Pro-Assistant Pro event at the Amherst Golf Club in
Amherst, NS on July 8.
Dave Ross, head professional at Gowan Brae, Bathurst,
NB, teamed up with his assistant Adam Chamberlain and Jim Connolly, head
professional at Riverside Country Club, Rothesay, NB, partnered with his
assistant, son Don.
Ross served as president of the Canadian PGA in
1985-1986, while Connolly led the Association in 1995-1996.
