Canadian PGA Atlantic Elects Executive Committee

Gerry Elliott, head professional at the Ken-Wo Country Club, New Minas is the newly elected President of CPGA Atlantic. Elliott will head the Atlantic Zone for the next two years along with nine Exectutive Committee members who administer the many projects and programs for the 165 CPGA members and apprentices throughout Atlantic Canada.

At the Annual General Meeting of the CPGA Atlantic Zone held November 3, 2002, the following Executive Committee was elected for the 2003-2004 term:

1^st VP / Finance - Gordie Smith (Oakfield CC)

2^nd V.P. / Membership Services - Ed Ryan (Antigonish Golf & CC)

Zone Rep / Long Range Planning - Lindon Garron (Glasgow Hills)

Promotion / Marketing - Ken McBride (Mirimichi Golf & CC)

Communications - Stu Musgrave (Lingan Golf & CC)

Education - Jason Porter (Moncton Golf & CC)

Captain / Assistants - Scott Hatchard (Terra Nova  Golf Resort)

Vice Captain / Assistants - Brent McKay (Grand Falls Golf & CC)
