The Canadian PGA Atlantic Spring Education Seminar was held 22-23 March 2003, at the Holiday Inn, Dartmouth, NS

On Saturday morning, Irene Khattar, Marketing Director of Highlands Links, Ingonish, NS, delivered an informative and practical presentation on Marketing Golf Facilities on a Small Budget. The afternoon session featured Kevin Thistle, Head Professional - Manager at Angus Glen Golf Club, Markham, Ontario. His talk, centering on Exceeding Excellence In Customer Service, was educational, animated and imaginative. A town hall meeting was held on Sunday with all members and apprentices participating in discussions for developing an education and employment strategy for the Zone.
